ToolMia processes supported file tasks directly on your device when possible and limits data use to operating the service.
File handling
- Supported PDF, image, invoice, and static QR tasks run on your device whenever possible.
- For supported local operations, files are not uploaded to ToolMia servers.
- File names and file contents are not used for advertising or profiling.
- When a task requires upload processing, the product page discloses it before processing starts.
Service data
- ToolMia may use basic technical data to keep pages reliable, secure, and performant.
- Search and tool-filter interactions are used to improve navigation and are not a substitute for account profiles.
- If accounts, payments, analytics, advertising, or AI providers are introduced, this policy will be updated before those services are enabled.
Your responsibility
Review downloaded files before sending, printing, signing, or submitting them. External portals, institutions, and laws may apply their own requirements.
