ToolMia provides practical file and business utilities as-is. Users are responsible for reviewing generated files before submitting, sending, printing, signing, or publishing them.
Output verification
- ToolMia does not guarantee that every external portal, email system, or institution will accept every file.
- Users should open, scan-test, and verify outputs before relying on them.
- PDF compression reports the original and compressed size; acceptance by external services is not guaranteed.
- Static QR destinations cannot be edited after printing because the destination is encoded directly.
No professional advice
- Invoices, receipts, and quotes are simple document exports, not accounting, legal, or tax advice.
- PDF signatures, stamps, and watermarks are document annotations, not identity-verified legal e-signatures.
- Users are responsible for country-specific compliance, tax rules, and official submission requirements.
- Paid services, payment, advertising, and AI features are governed by the terms shown when those services are offered.
